Customers love QVC.com, but how do we engage them when they aren’t there? Enter email. While partnering with multiple teams over the past 4 years, I’ve utilized skills in layout and design as well as research and testing to change the way QVC engages with its customers through their inboxes.

With a variety of email needs, I collaborated with my team to create a library of assets and transfer/modify templates within. The libraries are maintained and adjusted as needed to make sure that assets are up-to-date and reflect the needs of the team, evolving standards, and results of testing done with our specialist team.

It is a continuing goal of the teams I work with to test changes in how information is presented through text, but also changes to visual components and layouts. I keep up to date on best practices and recommendations, using trusted industry resources to make suggestions based on research and the needs of the QVC customer.
